All orders within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are shipped using standard ground or priority services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on delivery speed and order destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and dispatched.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST are shipped the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or recognized U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent automatically.
Standard shipping typically takes between 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Priority shipping is estimated to arrive within 1–3 business days.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday volumes may affect final delivery dates.
Orders may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers within the United States to optimize delivery speed. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Funkyz doesn’t offer international shipping at the moment.
For your privacy and discretion, all orders are shipped in unbranded brown boxes or standard carrier packaging. The sender will be listed under a generic name. No product details will appear on the external label.
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at funkyz.socials@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Please retain all original packaging until instructed otherwise. In some cases, we may request the item to be returned for inspection before a resolution is provided.
Funkyz ships to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations, as they may require special handling by the carrier.
If your tracking information appears stuck in “Pre-Shipment” or shows no updates, this may be due to missed scans or carrier processing delays. In most cases, the package is still en-route and will update once it reaches a regional distribution center.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors, including carrier staffing shortages, weather disruptions, or increased shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and recommend monitoring your tracking link for real-time updates.
